Site documents the "traditional use of fire by Indian people and the profound effects that Indian burning had on plant and animal communities."  Content covers fire ecology, fire management, the history of the human use of fire in the Northern Rockies, and a photographic gallery of then & now images.

Interactive theme-based online learning tools and curriculum designed to serve Washington students on a statewide level, to "directly and measurably impact teacher and student responses to state-prescribed learning requirements in social studies." Online learning & lesson plans cover the following themes/units: The Treaty Trail - U.S.-Indian Treaty Councils in the Northwest, Lewis & Clark in Columbia River Country, Leschi - Justice in Our Time.
